What Tilted is, and is not
Tilted is an informational, on-device journaling tool. It helps you record gambling sessions you've already chosen to engage in, and reflect on them.
Tilted is not a gambling platform. It does not facilitate real-money transactions, host games, link to operators, or advertise gambling services. Nothing in the app should be read as a recommendation to gamble.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". The figures it shows are only as accurate as the entries you make. The AI is a tool, not a counsellor. If you are in crisis, call PAGCOR Responsible Gambling at 1800-1-0565-810, not your phone.
Your data is yours
Anything you log stays on your device. Read the privacy page for the full account.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the app. You are responsible for the gambling decisions you make.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Changes
If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes too. Material changes are flagged on the home page for a week.
